Poncho "Cafayate" Creole Loom

Poncho "CAFAYATE" , is part of the "Argentina Federal" Collection made up of 23 Wayno textile works.

It is a unique piece woven by hand on a Creole loom with sheep wool threads .

It is a high-density, closed-weft fabric using the comb technique .

On horizontal cloth on a Creole loom we design the work by hand with sheep wool threads.

The Gray and Chocolate colors are natural to the fiber.

It is the work of a family of artisans that collaborates in the care of our traditions and culture.

On this work, there is also the work of llama and sheep breeders, they are families that participate in the value chain of this poncho.

In each work "a story" and this poncho has 25 days of loom work with much love and dedication from many artisans
